Shikhar Dhawan got out cheaply in IPL 2020 final against Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indians took a surprising decision of dropping Rahul Chahar in the final match against Delhi Capitals in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. As a result, right-arm off-break bowler Jayant Yadav came in the playing XI. MI skipper Rohit Sharma also hinted at this move during the press-conference before the start of this game.

Adding to this, Sharma took another swashbuckling move after giving the ball to Yadav to bowl the fourth over. Everyone, including the commentators, started talking about this strange move by the skipper as Jasprit Bumrah bowled a terrific second over. But Jayant Yadav proved Rohit Sharma’s decision as a ‘masterstroke’ as he cleaned DC opener, Shikhar Dhawan, up.

Following this, the Capitals got reduced to 22/3 inside the power play against the fiery bowling attack of the MI Paltan. But DC skipper Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant scored decent runs in the middle to help Delhi Capitals post a fighting total of 156/6 on the board after their 20 overs.
