The BCCI and PCB have had a stressful relationship since the Indian government’s decision not to play bilateral series with Pakistan.
India has stood firm with this view with Pakistan because of the border tensions between the two nations.
The last bilateral series played by the two nations was way back in 2013. Pakistan team led by Misbah-ul-Haq toured India to play 3 ODI’s and 2 T20’s.
Recently PCB officials had accused the BCCI of fiddling with the T20 world cup dates for the sake of IPL. The Pakistan cricket board often complains that the ICC works under the BCCI.
IPL 2020 postponed from March, due to the coronavirus pandemic. UAE is now the host for IPL season 13. Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai are the 3 venues for the IPL. Sharjah will host 12 matches of the IPL this year.
