The Atlanta Falcons won their Week 4 game on Sunday over divisional rivals, the New Orleans Saints. However, the tension and anxiety of watching the Kirk Cousins-led Flacons struggle to score points got the better of some fans in the stands, resulting in a big fight.
Two teams that lost their previous games wanted to bounce back with a statement win, but neither managed to grab the tie by its neck. Punts and field goals filled out the majority of the scoreboard, impacting the matchday experience inside the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Atlanta.
While Cousins and the Falcons toiled on the field, few fans engaged themselves in a brutal fight. Well, it was more of a one-sided beatdown from a Falcons on a Saints fan instead of an equal exchange of fists.

One man wearing a white Falcons jersey can be seen repeatedly stomping on the head of a Saints fan who lay unconscious on the ground. Another man wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans dragged another man from his seat and threw him off until he fell down face first. The reason behind the fight remains unclear.
Kirk Cousins shoulders the blame for the Falcons’ poor performance despite beating the Saints
When Cousins joined Atlanta, fans expected the running game to improve, which showed some signs in the first three weeks of football. On Sunday, it was a complete 180, with both Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier managing just 15 carries between them.

On a positive note, Cousins spread the ball evenly to his receivers. Drake London, Darnell Mooney, and Ray-Ray McCloud, all three receivers, crossed the 50-yard barrier, while Robinson and Allgeier recorded 20 and 46 yards, respectively.

This was the first time since September 2004 that the Falcons won a game without scoring a single offensive touchdown. Their only score happened through a Derek Carr pick-6 by Falcons’ linebacker Troy Andersen. Special teams contributed after the Saints’ Rashid Shaheed muffed a punt return, which was recovered in the endzone by KhaDarel Hodge for a touchdown.
Kirk Cousins finished the night with 21/35 for 238 yards with no touchdowns and an interception. Up next, the Falcons stay in Atlanta to welcome the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-1) while the Saints travel to Arrowhead to face the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs (4-0).
