Skenes also took to his Instagram handle to celebrate the occasion. The Pirates player posted a bunch of candid pictures of the couple, including one from his first MLB All-Star game. Wishing Livvy Dunne, Skenes wrote a short and sweet caption.
The birthday festivities came days after Paul Skenes finished his historic rookie season for the Pirates. His dominating performance has upped the rookie bar that was set in the past. Skenes final game of the season took place in the Yankees stadium where he pitched two scoreless innings. Dunne, just like his other games, was all there to support him.

Speaking of Livvy Dunne supporting Paul Skenes, the former took it to the next step for the rookie’s climax of the season. The LSU gymnast donned a pair of custom-made boots, honoring her boyfriend and his MLB team. The all-white boots read ‘Pirates’ in the front and ‘Skenes’ in the back.
Despite her busy schedule, Livvy Dunne has managed to attend most of Paul Skenes’ games. While she typically wore Pirates gear, Skenes’ last game of the season saw her sporting a different look, finishing it with a black top and denim shorts.
The two athletes first met during their time at Louisiana State University, where both claimed national championships in their respective sports. While Skenes moved on to play professionally, Dunne returned for her fifth and final year as an LSU gymnast.
