Professional fighters’ houses or other belongings being broken into is no out-of-the-norm incident. When spoken about such cases, popular UFC fighter Anthony Smith comes to mind. A trespassing had taken place once again, and this time, it was with a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Haisam Rida, a BJJ black belt and two-time Asia Open Championship winner, had his car attempted to be robbed, and ultimately, the trespasser suffered the consequences.
Fellow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor Craig Jones uploaded a video onto his Instagram. The video showed an unconscious man taken out on a stretcher by the police. Besides that, Haisam Rida explains the case to the police. This post immediately went viral on social media and taught a lesson to other trespassers to avoid entering a combat sports athlete’s protected home.
Upon the mysterious man trespassing Haisam Rida’s car, an encounter with the fighter failed to be a success. Although the details of the case remain private, it is understood that the Ghanaian fighter had caused the unconsciousness. Craig Jones posted the video and wrote this for a caption, “Don’t break into @haisam1jj’s car.” The caption hinted at a brutal encounter between the trespasser against the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.
The comments of the post were filled with overwhelming support for the Ghanaian fighter Haisam Rida. His alleged attack toward the trespasser was deemed to be worthy as his life could have been in danger.
