The presidential elections in the U.S. are nearing day by day. This has led both Democratic and Republican parties to go full out on campaigning. Presidential Republican nominee Donald Trump has had the firm support of former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, who recently endorsed the views of the 78-year-old’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani on her social media.
Danica Patrick is not unfamiliar with controversies. She has often been criticized for her views in the motorsport world. Despite this, her tally of controversial takes has been adding up as she has taken a proactive role in the campaigning for Donald Trump in the U.S. elections. Moreover, she has endorsed multiple questionable takes on her Instagram, and recently shared another contentious conspiracy on the Meta-owned platform.
Subsequently, she re-shared a reel of Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani in her story, where the 80-year-old alleged mishandling of absentee votes and accused the election commission and certain states of not following the procedure for absentee votes.
With Patrick re-sharing the reel on her story, she hinted that the elections might be rigged. Moreover, this could further ignite the theory of manipulating the 2020 elections, that Trump lost, following which a massive outcry by his supporters broke down on streets across various states.
Danica Patrick also endorsed further allegations on the US government
While her tally of controversial takes and acts has been ever-increasing in the past few months, she did not stop there at sharing Giuliani’s opinion. She further used her Instagram to promote such statements against the current US government and her call to make America great again.
The 42-year-old shared another reel on her Instagram, where Republican party’s Alex Clark elaborated on how Agent Orange’s traces are still present in the foods produced today. Moreover, she asserted that its presence in common foods has been a leading cause of deteriorating health in American households.
While Patrick continues her campaigning for Trump, the NASCAR world revolves around to the next race at Talladega. The race around the 2.6-mile track is often understood to make or break someone’s promotion into the next round of playoffs, making it a race to reckon with for even elite drivers.
