It will be really challenging round for many drivers as it leaves doors open for weak teams to progress, as tit featured a plate race as well as road course event. Despite being strong road course and Superspeedway driver Harvick doesn’t see Bowman and Daniel Suarez of Trackhouse Racing making it into the next round. His first choice for elimination though is obvious as he asserted Harrison Burton has zero hopes to make it into the R-12 in a wood Brothers Racing Ford.

I think Harrison Burton’s out. I think that, you know, they did a fabulous job of getting themselves in position, but you still have this Atlanta factor that goes with this, right? We saw a three-wide finish with — Kyle Busch was in that finish, right? That changed Daniel Suarez’ season. So, I think that it’s Suarez out, Harrison Burton’s out. I think you’re going to have a surprise, I think Alex Bowman is out.

The co-host of the Happy Hour podcast, Kaitlyn Vincie also shared her pick for early elimination. She picked Austin Cindric, Daniel Suarez, Harrison Burton and Chase Briscoe. The last pick is a bold one considering the SHR driver has the most momentum of anyone after Darlington win and SHR will do anything to end their time in NASCAR on a high note.

I’m going to Austin Cindric, Burton, Briscoe, Suarez. As much as I want Briscoe to continue the momentum, and he may well do that, but those are probably mine.

Burton and Suarez, who are in the playoff because of a plate race win, seems the obvious choices for the elimination. The other two spot will remain uncertain as the wild car races might help some drivers to make it to next-round.
