Team Penske Racing’s Joey Logano and Joe Gibbs Racing’s Denny Hamlin are two drivers in the current grid who are known employing aggressive moves to win races. So, it was ironic when the duo was wrecked on the final corner of the Cook Out 400 last week Richmond for the win by Richard Childress Racing’s Austin Dillon.

But unlike the veteran duo’s past, Austin Dillon moves were certainly over the limit, and he was penalized for it as well, with NASCAR stripping his automatic playoff berth. Now his fellow RCR driver Kyle Busch, who also has had some run-ins with his former teammates Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano in the past, have given his verdict on the whole ordeal, while stressing on these drivers past.

He addressed the “s***ed his all career and no talent” comments from Logano about Dillon and reminded the Ford driver that he had shown similar desperation in the past. He pointed out that some of the comments made can be attributed to Logano as well as he is the one who is the most notorious for such wrecks.

Certainly, there’s the right way to win races and the wrong way to win races. There’s a lot of guys that have done some desperate things to get wins even when they’re not desperate. The one that had it happen to him is probably the one that’s done it the most that doesn’t need to do it. I guess his comments he can be calling himself that.

Kyle Busch reminds Joey Logano of his K&N Pro Serie days

The two times champion didn’t stop there with his criticism of Logano, he went on to point out that Logano has won a race in the K&N Pro Series race in Irwindale, when the now two times champion was a prodigy, in the past employing a similar move.

I just, somebody threw up a highlight of him from the K&N race at Irwindale years ago. I forgot all about that one. Holy mackerel. Doing shit like that should never get you to the top level. But it did, so anyways. Be mindful of what you do, I guess. It’s always going to come back on you. YouTube is there for… not all positives.

While some of the comments from Kyle Busch is valid, most of it comes from him wanting to defend his teammate, Austin Dillon. The rivalry Logano has had with RCR driver also is factor in the candid comments from the Chevy driver.
