The Milwaukee Bucks have been the most dominant team in the NBA this year. Leading the Eastern Conference with 54 wins, the 2020-21 champions have their eyes on the title once again. While the Bucks are known by their frontman Giannis Antetokounmpo, he is not the one running away with headlines today. Grayson Allen has stolen the media attention on the back of a ridiculous, mind-boggling dunk against the Pacers.
In a high-scoring game, the Bucks were leading the pacers in the fourth quarter. With just under nine minutes to go, the Bucks forward decided to steal the show and make the game all about himself. Running across the entire floor, Allen threw down a mind-boggling dunk, getting the crowd to erupt on their feet. He ended up scoring just three points in the game but the numbers don’t do justice to his athleticism.
While some fans are still processing the audacity of the tomahawk dunk, some simply refuse to believe it. Viewers have been found to call for drug tests for Allen. Although most of these claims are meant to be sarcastic, it expresses their acknowledgment of an inhuman display of athleticism. Allen’s display did not go in vain as the Bucks picked up their 55th win of the season. With Giannis and Jrue Holiday pulling out a 38 and 51 points special each the scorecard stood 149-136 at the end of regulation.

The Bucks will look toward the upcoming postseason intensely. Missing out on the opportunity to win back-to-back titles last season, the Bucks look passionate to pick one up this time around. The playoffs picture, for the time being, looks in favor of Milwaukee as they sit on top to take on the eighth seed from the Eastern Conference.
