In spite of online allegations to the contrary, the ex-wife of Scottie Pippen insists that she has never been friends with Marcus before as everyone asserts.
Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen’s names have been in the news a lot lately due to persistent reports that they are dating. Marcus Jordan is the son of NBA legend and former Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan. The NBA legend Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa experienced a challenging marriage during their time together.
Larsa has already talked about the agony she experienced when dating the former NBA champion. Now, Larsa has responded to haters of her purported relationship with Michael Jordan’s son after recently receiving verbal abuse during a recent Los Angeles Chargers game.
The clarification was provided by the 48-year-old in The Shade Room’s Instagram comments section. After a viral video surfaced of someone verbally disparaging her during an outing with the 31-year-old, she described her connection to Marcus.
She stated: “I just met him three years ago. I never knew him or his family. I was 21 years old and in college when Scottie played that one year with MJ and we weren’t friends with them like everyone thinks.”
Before they were sighted together at a Miami beach earlier this month, the reality star was said to be dating Marcus, who is 17 years younger.

Larsa Pippen‘s rise to fame was accelerated by her marriage to NBA player Scottie Pippen. The couple married in 1997 and had four children together: Scotty Sr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia. After more than 20 years of marriage, they divorced in 2016. Eventually, Larsa and Scottie reconnected, but in 2018 they once more filed for divorce amid allegations that she had an affair with rapper Future.
Larsa, however, has disputed the assumption that their divorce was brought on by infidelity. Before she ended her engagement to Scottie definitively in 2020, she was later spotted seeing NBA player Malik Beasley.
Because of Larsa’s former relationships, Scottie Pippen and his ex-wife have frequently been discussed in the headlines over the last few years. Up until around seven years ago, the power couple’s relationship was perfect as, before their initial divorce, the Chicago Bulls star and the model began dating about 1990.
In 1997, after Scottie Pippen had assisted Michael Jordan, the Chicago Bulls, and themselves in winning five championships, they decided to get married.

Sources claim that they get along well and that what began as a friendship developed into something romantic. Larsa is 48 years old and Marcus is 31 years old, yet despite their different ages, they get along quite fine. After professing to be merely friends for about a month, Larsa and Marcus made things official around the middle of October.
Scottie shouldn’t be concerned about his connections to his ex-wife, but he might find it difficult to accept them if it affects someone like MJ’s son.
Larsa has obviously been romantically acquainted with other people for the past few years, and Marcus Jordan was evidently spotted with other women.
