The Los Angeles Lakers man has surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the all-time highest points scorer in NBA, with 38,388 points. This has earned him praise from several personalities of the sport, including the legendary Michael Jordan.
The former Chicago Bulls star and NBA legend congratulated King James on his incredible achievement. Speaking of this achievement, Jordan says, “Congratulations to LeBron on this incredible achievement. It’s a testament to his hard work, longevity, and his great skill.”
The record for the highest points scored was last marked by former Lakers man Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. His record lasted for 39 years until LeBron broke the same in last Tuesday’s game. Although the Lakers lost 133-130 to Oklahoma City Thunder, LeBron played an incredible 38-point game to register himself as one of the GOATS of the game.
