Marc Spears said, “Smiley, Jokey DA, I think he’s gone. This is a business to him now. I think he’s coming in with a really serious mentality to be a force with the Suns.” The Phoenix Suns have not treated Ayton properly. They also let him go because they didn’t see him as a part of the team for a longer time.

Ayton and the Phoenix Suns could not agree to an extension, so he became a restricted free agent this offseason. Later, he signed a four-year, $133 million deal with the Indiana Pacers, but the Suns paid the offer money and got him back. Ayton will now look to use this opportunity to showcase his value to the franchise.

The situation between DeAndre Ayton and the Phoenix Suns seems to be stressful

It was all done, I guess.” This looked like an unpleasant reply from the player. Ayton has played a vital role in Phoenix’s success over the last couple of seasons, averaging 15.7 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks per game on 63.0 percent shooting from the field.

The Suns need to mend their relations with him if they want him to come out with all guns blazing in a competitive Western Conference this season. Moreover, the suns have a strong roster with the likes of Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and Ayton. The Phoenix Suns will play on the 20^th of October against the Dallas Mavericks on their season’s opening night.
