It has been three years since Klay Thompson has played basketball, he was last seen playing the NBA finals in 2019 where he got and ACL injury. After he has recovered it is speculated that he might return to play very soon. However, the most excited person in Golden State Warriors to have Klay back is his teammate Stephen Curry.

Curry recently narrated an entire video capturing Klay going through the phase of recovery and how he is preparing to comeback in the NBA.
It has been 3 years since Thompson has played any game in NBA and the duo of Curry and Thompson was seen together playing. In the inspiring video Curry talked about everything Thompson has dealt with in all these years. Right from his injury of 2019 to his rehab everything was talked about in that video.
The video also gathered a great response in the social media with many basketball fans appreciating the chemistry between the two players. The video has even hyped up Thompson’s return to the court along with Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.

Relationship between Curry and Thompson and what it means for the team
Before having an ACL injury, Curry, Thompson and Draymond Green had formed the big three and they had together helped Warriors to appear in five appearances in the finals out of which they won 3 of them. Thompson certainly has a lot of value for the Warriors as a team as the big three of Warriors share a great coordination and team work which is really important to win games specially when your team is at the top of the western conference and would certainly like to maintain that spot for themselves.
It is speculated that Klay would return to play in the Sunday matchup when Warriors would be at home and it would be great for basketball fans to see him return. However, Stephen Curry recently got a quad injury which might make the two not play together for a while until he fully recovers.
