“Trade Russell Westbrook”-Kendrick Perkins wants LA Lakers to bid “Adieu” To Russell Westbrook
Kendrick Perkins and Russell Westbrook
The LA Lakers are the epitome of what is Great Boast, a small roast, and seems like the Former NBA Champion Kendrick Perkins isn’t content with it. Especially this season’s hottest trade-deal player: Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook has time again and again proved that the Lakers might have done a mistake in recruiting the former MVP. He is aimless on the court and constantly picks up turnovers resulting in breaking the roster morale even more than what it is already.
The LA Lakers build one of the most intimidating rosters this season and were one of the front runners in the race for the NBA title, and like everyone, they too hit a slump. But they have been stuck there till now. Their lack of effort and attention on the court makes them vulnerable and their opponents do not miss this opportunity to destroy them.

Kendrick Perkins wanst Lakers to trade Russell Westbrook
The LA Lakers hosted the last match in the Staple Centre against the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs (13-18) are unexpectedly performing well against the big name this season. They defeated the Utah Jazz by a two-point difference and blew out the LA Clippers in their previous match. But nobody knew they would literally destroy the LA Lakers and in their home: the Staples.
Considering it was the last match of the Staples Centre it is going to sting for a very long time. The Lakers were just at the worst of their pay against the Spurs especially the 4th quarter when the spurs dropped 33 points against Lakers 18. Russell Westbrook scored a 30 pointer game with 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the Lakers but nothing could be done when the ship is already half-sunken. The team’s star player LeBron James dropped 36 points with 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
The former NBA Champion Kendrick Perkins is not happy with how the Lakers are performing this season. On the recent episode of ESPN’s First Take, one of the other things that Perkins emphasized was the trade of Russell Westbrook. He believes that the Lakers should break the “Big-Three“. He said, “The person that they probably could move, or should move, is Russell Westbrook!”
On another show called Get Up!, he raised his concerns and called the Lakers pathetic. He said, “[The Lakers] are PATHETIC! That’s the word we need to use when we look at them. … To get beat by 28 [by the Spurs]? Come on, man!” You have Russell Westbrook and LeBron James that’s available and you’d think that the Lakers will come out with some type of fight.”
He also commented with his personal Twitter account while tagging this particular segment and said, “The Lakers ain’t doing nothing but making a bunch of damn excuses on why they are getting the brakes beat off of them! Carry on…”
All the consternation surrounding the LA Lakers is regarding their performance and they may not have their chance later if they continue to blow every match of theirs in this manner.
La Lakers (16-17) will face off against another top-dog of this season’s tile the Brooklyn Nets on Christmas.
