The Brooklyn Nets have not got off to an ideal start in the NBA 2021-22 Season and Kevin Durant seems to be lone warriors for the team at the moment. After being down by as many as 16 points against the Indiana Pacers, the Nets marquee player sure seems to be frustrated with the team and somewhat himself. A s a result of which he throws the ball into the crowd during the third quarter of Nets vs Pacers at the Barclays Center.
Kevin Durant is widely regarded as a player who does not let his emotions get the better off him. But on this occasion, it did not seem so. With Nets making a high-time comeback against the Indiana Pacers, it seems like KD seems to be doing it all to ensure his team manages to bounce back to winning terms. Moreover with the away team dominating in the first quarter, the Nets had been left with everything to do.

KD’s emotions got the best of him here. Durant did not seem to like being fouled on what could have been an excellent fastbreak opportunity for him and for good measure, he decided to throw the basketball into the stands with a lot of force. It wouldn’t be surprising if the Nets superstar gets slapped by the NBA with a fine for his actions here.
It is safe to say that James Harden surely returned back to his leadership best in Nets vs Pacers as he knocked game high 29 points. With Kevin Durant finally getting a double-double- 22 points and 11 rebounds. On the other hand, Indiana Pacers were led by Torrey Craig who came off the bench to score team high 28 points.
After being done by as many as 16 points, the Nets finally won the game by 7 points, courtesy to LaMarcus Aldridge’s 21 points off the bench.
