With their respective teams locking against one another with less than 15 games to close out the regular season, these two spoken off personnel were once again expected to trigger one another. However, Beverley surely hasn’t failed to disappoint as he asked the Lakers bench about who Russell Westbrook exactly was.

Patrick Beverley mocks arch-rival Russell Westbrook during Timberwolves vs Lakers showdown 

With the Lakers trying to overcome a more than 20-point deficit yet again, in the second quarter. They were on a 12-3 run, in order to close the gap, entering the half time. But with Anthony Edwards deciding to settle the score by hitting couple of 3-pointer himself, it only went onto charge Patrick Beverley, who fought on either ends of the court.

With Timberwolves firing a shot against the clock, Beverley swooped in, out of nowhere to steal the ball from the clutches of Carmelo Anthony to score an easy dunk. After which he left a wide-open Russell Westbrook and blocked his pass to LeBron James, capitalising on the turnover and scoring for the home team. Who have held a decent lead against the purple and gold until half-time.
