The Green Bay Packers have proven why they are the best team in the league. The Packers won their fifth consecutive game on Monday. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers easily defeated the Minnesota Vikings 37-10.

Green Bay is the only team in the league that hasn’t lost more than 3 games in this season. Rodgers is having himself another MVP season. The quarterback has played exceptional football and led his team to be the No.1 seed in the NFC.

Aaron Rodgers has a knack for staying in the spotlight. Rodgers made headlines quite a few times this year. at the beginning of the season, Rodgers was planning on quitting Green Bay because the team signed QB Jordan Love. Then lied about being vaccinated against the COVID virus. He also made controversial statements against the NFL’s “two-tier system” for vaccinated and unvaccinated players.

Aaron Rodgers discussed mental health and happiness on the Pat McAfee Show. “True happiness doesn’t come from eliminating all the problems in your life”, said Rodgers. “It comes from solving the problems you have.” Rodgers talked about how one should face his problems, emotions head-on rather than running from them or not addressing the issues altogether. He said that he has been facing his problems and just trying to be happy for the past two years.

“When you focus on the things you have more than the things you don’t have you’ll allow yourself to let gratitude sink in and when gratitude sinks in it is always accompanied by joy.” Rodgers talked about how perspective is important for mental health. He said concentrating on the things which one has can bring him/her immense joy rather than dreaming what they don’t have which only leads them to be unsatisfied.

The Packers QB said that it is impossible to impress everyone. “There is always going to be a 500-pound elephant of possible hatred and malice waiting for you for every decision you make and that’s just part of life”, said Rodgers. He said that we should focus on improving ourselves and ignore the haters. He added that there is a liberation of sorts when you don’t care about others’ opinions.

Rodgers said, “It really comes down to giving less f**ks & that’s what I’ve tried to do the last couple years.. there’s a lot of joy in being unapologetically yourself.”
