There’s hardly a day that goes by that Antonio Brown is not in some sort of controversy. The former NFL player turned rapper was spotted in Tallahassee Wednesday night after a concert at Potbelly’s, located near Florida State University.

Well, the 35-year-old is not making the rounds on the internet for his rap, but rather for what transpired after the event. A video shared on X (previously Twitter) shows a shirtless Brown stepping out of his car, surrounded by a security crew. Then he starts taking his pants off on the sidewalk and throwing them into the crowd that has gathered around to see him.

The night did not end there, as the person who caught Brown’s pants revealed that inside them he found the retired wide receiver’s phone.“Dude, I have Antonio Brown’s phone right now,” the young man yelled in the video. “Look, Antonio Manager. I have his phone right now and his pants.”

As per Potbelly’s website, the concert began at 10, and Brown took to the stage at midnight. The Super Bowl winner shared a few moments from the show. In one of them, he invited a few FSU students wearing Pittsburgh Steelers jerseys (his former team) onto the stage.

Antonio Brown claimed he has CTE

Football is a contact sport, and medical journals reveal that a percentage of players suffer from CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy) because of it. For the layman, it means that a constant hit to the skull can affect the brain matter. It causes the death of nerve cells in the brain, known as degeneration. Over time, the condition gets worse if not for proper precautions. However, professional athletes rarely go for treatment during their careers.

It’s widely known that Antonio Brown may be one of the victims of CTE. The Pro Bowler has never been the same man since former Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict speared Brown in 2016. His erratic behavior became a common sight for NFL fans.

But for Brown, CTE has a different meaning. In a recent video shared on X, he let a woman lick his middle finger, covered in rings and jewelry. “She knows I got CTE, that’s why she’s licking me,” he wrote in the caption.

Brown later revealed that he has even written songs about CTE, which he calls “Catch the Energy.” The former New England Patriots player even introduced one of them at his FSU wrap concert.

Over the years, his public burst outs, alleged assaults, or unwarranted comments about fellow players have kept him in the news. There were even speculations that he might unretire and come back to the NFL. He certainly is in shape, but whether any franchise would take a chance on him remains a question.
