In the most recent video that was released by a Twitter user, we get a look at the aftermath of the tragedy. We can see Jeff Gladney’s car completely overturned and crushed while the car that bumped into his car was crushed but it was not as bad as the White car.

This footage was released by Joseph Lockett, a security guard who was on duty. He witnessed the tragedy unfurl in front of his eyes, he claims that the cornerback was driving too fast and also did his best to save the player and his girlfriend but it was too late… The speed at which the car hit the wall led to the instant death of Gladney.

The Minnesota Vikings released a statement mourning his demise, Öur hearts go out to his family and friends, as well as the Arizona Cardinals organization and Jeff’s current and former teammates and coaches who are mourning his life lost much too soon.

The Cardinals released a statement as well, “We are devastated to learn of Jeff Gladney’s passing. Our hearts go out to his family, friends, and all who are mourning this tremendous loss.”

Just last week Gladney was taking part in the OTAs with the Cardinals, he had signed a two-year deal with the NFC West team after missing out on the entire 2021 season. Gladney had been released by his former team when a Texas grand jury indicted him for felony domestic violence. He was held not guilty ultimately.

We are sad and send our condolences to Gladney’s family and friends during these tough times.
