Gore is due in court in October. After retiring at 39 years, an amazing age for any running back, he decided to sign a one-day contract with the 49ers so that he could retire in the team that drafted him.

Frank Gore is the all-time leading rusher for the Niners and has the record for having run the third-most yards in the entire league history with 16,000 yards. Following his retirement, he decided to try his hand at boxing and fought former NBA star Deron Williams in an exhibition match but he lost that game, however, Gore made a comeback by beating Yaya Orlorunsola later on in May.
