“WORST NFL CALL ever”: NFL Fans are ENRAGED over Grady Jarrett getting a ridiculous Roughing the Passer call on Tom Brady (Watch)

Tom Brady got his way with the referees yet again and stirred controversy.
We all need a strong relationship in our lives, similar to the one that exists between Tom Brady and the referees. The officiating crew has been the subject of a lot of controversies in the past as they have been accused of giving favorable calls to Brady, the infamous one being the call in the 2002 Super Bowl where the quarterback was attempting to tuck the ball while it was knocked out of his hands. Despite the play being a fumble, the referees dismissed it and called it as a violation of the tuck rule.
Over the years, there have been many similar calls where fans have questioned the judgement of the referees. This time, in the matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Atlanta Falcons, in the fourth quarter, the QB took a snap in shotgun formation and while he was looking for an open man to throw the ball to; he was sacked by the Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jarrett. From every angle, this play was a clean textbook sack. But the referees seemed to disagree with this.
Grady Jarrett’s penalty gave Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers an advantage of 15-yards and a first down:

This is when things get interesting. Once Brady got up after being sacked, he began to yell at the referees and complain about how the play was clearly a penalty and that he was roughed by Grady Jarrett. The head referee Jerome Boger went on to second guess the play and he began to discuss with the other officiating crew. After much discussion, they flagged the play as a penalty on Grady Jarrett.
This decision costed the Falcons the game. They had a chance to close it out if the sack was upheld and many retired players came to the defense of Grady Jarrett. There was nothing the defensive tackle could have done better, but the referees saw it differently. Many of them went so far as to say that if there was any other quarterback in place of Tom Brady, they would have not gotten this call. Take a look at the reactions on Twitter:
This was the whole play.
If I knew the referees had a soft spot for me, I’d walk around dressed up this fly all the time.
Tom just knows how to get calls in his favor now.
Some might call it a smart way to win the game.
We all need a person like this in our lives.
The league will run out of referees at this rate.
Homeboys linking up after the game.
Straight up facts.
At least give Grady Jarrett that sack. It was clean.
The referees out here empathizing.
Flashbacks.
