National Football League (NFL) team the Las Vegas Raiders are a very compact team filled with talented players. The Raiders are definitely one team to watch out for in the battle for the Superbowl.
On top of that they have hired the services of new coach Josh McDaniels. McDaniels is highly experienced and has previously worked with the Denver Broncos and the New England Patriots up until 2021.
Tight end Darren Waller gives his views on new coach Josh McDaniels
The Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller has spoken highly about newly appointed coach Josh McDaniels and how he’s effecting the team. Walker says that McDaniels approach is very intense and extremely detailed as well.
He continued and said that Josh McDaniels believes in a process of doing things and this brings out the best from each player. Furthermore Josh McDaniels has tremendous experience with the New England Patriots which makes him more trusted.
“I noticed the change from the jump,” Waller told Jim Rome of how McDaniels is running the offseason. “Just a very intense approach, to not only winning, but just the process of it, and how early it starts, and how much of a commitment it is, and how detailed you have to be.”
“When people like that talk and share about the process, you listen and you buy in,” Waller said. “They’ve been honest, they’ve been challenging us in creating a high standard for what we do, and I feel like that’s not going to do anything but bring out the best in people.”
