The Philadelphia Eagles‘ impressive run this season continued on Sunday as they won an overtime thriller against the Buffalo Bills. It was a fantastic game with star players making star plays on both teams. However, it was the Jalen Hurts-led Eagles that had the last laugh as they came back from an early 10-point deficit to win the game, 37-34.

That win has resulted in a 10-1 record for the Eagles this season. They have been the best team in the league and are on a five-game win streak. Four of their last five wins have come against contending teams with a winning record. They have already beaten the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs and their divisional rivals, the Dallas Cowboys. Their success can be attributed to their talismanic QB Jalen Hurts who has been brilliant this season.

Hurts had a 5 TD performance against the Bills on Sunday. After a slow start to the game, he picked up his play in the second half and led his team back into the game. He had three passing touchdowns and two rushing TDs, including the game-winner in overtime. After a tough game, Hurts decided to wind down by attending the Philadelphia 76ers‘ game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday.

The NBA‘s official Twitter account shared a video of Hurts sitting in the stands with a clean Amiri jacket and a rollicking chain. The captioned the video:

The City of Brotherly Love shows some love to Jalen Hurts!

He waved to the crown at the Wells Fargo Center as they gave him a huge applause. The 76ers annihilated the Lakers by 44 points in the game.

The Eagles will play their next game against the San Francisco 49ers at the Lincoln Financial Stadium. The Niners themselves have been on a roll since their bye in week 9. It will be a fascinating game as both these teams will look to continue their winning momentum.

The Philadelphia Eagles’ OT win against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday has garnered a lot of attention. It was a game between two contending teams with great quarterbacks on either side. Bills’ Josh Allen was phenomenal, Eagles’ Jalen Hurts was just a little better. He led his team to a comeback win and had 5 total TDs in the game. Graham said:

They always talk about Tom Brady with the drives at the end — I’m hoping Jalen starts getting that name. I’m happy that he went out there and finished the deal (with) a game-winning drive. Keep them coming. We love putting it in his hands at the end to give us a chance.

Hurts finished with 200 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns and 2 rushing touchdowns. He is now in contention to win his first regular season MVP. The Eagles will look to roll on further as they face the San Francisco 49ers in their next game at home.
