Russell Wilson is one of the worst-performing quarterbacks from last season. The QB was completely abysmal and it is safe to assume that his move to the Denver Broncos hasn’t worked out in his favor until now. Nonetheless, his personal life is working out great as he has had a great time with his wife Ciara. She is an influential American Singer who has numerous albums to her name.
The couple was recently featured on a podcast where they spoke about the dynamics of their marriage and approached the difficulties of every relationship. The NFL power couple was recently featured on Audible’s ‘Think Like A Champion’ podcast and had a great conversation.
Wilson was highly informative throughout the podcast episode and displayed an unusual amount of calmness after delivering probably the worst season of his career. The Broncos QB believes this has been possible due to the support of his wife Ciara. Wilson also went on to share the ways that the celebrity couple keeps the spice alive in their relationship.
“I think marriages a lot of time, they lose their spice. For us, when we got together, we made sure that we do date nights every Friday,” Russell Wilson stated on the Podcast. “Some Days we stay at home doing something romantic. Other days you know, we find something fun to do.”
Wilson is, fortunately, having a great time in his personal life. However, the Super Bowl-winning QB will look to achieve the same in his professional life next season.

What many people forget is that Russell Wilson was counted out throughout his career and still proved all his critics wrong. The QB went on to win the Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks in 2013.
Although his big-money move to the Broncos didn’t work out, it’s safe to assume that he will be ready to make a staggering comeback next season. The Broncos have gone through some massive changes in the past couple of months and those could actually work in Wilson’s favor.
The Denver-based team has fired their old HC Nathaniel Hackett and has hired the Super Bowl winner Sean Payton to lead them next year. Many assume that Payton will work wonders with Wilson and both will lead the Broncos to a stellar season next year. In hindsight, Russell Wilson has no option but to perform exceptionally well next season to save his career.
