“The coaching is not good enough!” Shannon Sharpe goes on a rant against the Broncos claiming their 70-20 blowout loss against the Dolphins was ‘unacceptable’

The Broncos have now lost all three consecutive games and are in the same boat they were last season.

The Denver Broncos probably provided the worst performance in their history. The team lost against the Miami Dolphins by 70-20. A record-breaking result for the Dolphins who never scored this many points in a single game.

It is all bad for the Denver Broncos. The team management hired Sean Payton to overturn the condition that they suffered last year. In the 2022-23 season, the team performed terribly and won only 5 out of their 17 games and lost 12. The then-head coach Nathaniel Hackett was sacked and Sean Payton was hired to provide a good result. However, in reality, the coach failed to provide something good, at least in the first three matches in this season. The Broncos lost all three games, and it is very difficult now to make a comeback.

Shannon Sharpe, in this context, is leaving no stone unturned to express his grudge over the team, as he is an ex-Broncos man. The football analyst earlier tweeted his grudge regarding the disappointing result and this time, he has spoken explicitly on the performance of the team from ESPN’s show, ‘The First Take’.

See when I beat you bad like this, I do you a favor. I let you know from the top to bottom you are not good enough. Whoever picked this talent, you are not good enough. The coach, you are not good enough. The talent on the field is not good enough. That’s what they told me yesterday,” the former player said.

He further added, “For the first time in the NFL history you have got 350 yards passing, 350 yards rushing… 70 points with eight minutes to go. Probably this is the worst coaching example ever.”

Denver Broncos’ performance vs. the Dolphins

The Broncos were frustrating on the field and defensively were so outnumbered that the Dolphins were able to score a humongous 70 points. Offensively, the Broncos were not able to capitalize on the opportunities despite being allowed for more than 350 yards. They were able to score only 20 points.

Russell Wilson, the star quarterback who has been in the news for not having a good relationship with the head coach, covered 306 yards of passing and completed 23 of his 38 passes. He had 12 yards of a touchdown pass and intercepted one. However, the player was pressured 20 times by the Broncos players and had three turnovers and a sack.

Coen Sutton, the wide receiver of the team, caught eight catches and covered 91 yards. The player had two fumbles and both of them were knocked out by the Dolphins’ safety. The team will now be facing the Chicago Bears who more or less are in the same situation form wise.
