Travis Kelce gave a cheeky response to Mark Cuban regarding his comments on who Taylor Swift should date. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is currently (and unofficially) occupies that seat, and by the looks of it, he isn’t letting go of the steering wheel.

In a recent segment of ESPN’s First Take, the Dallas Mavericks owner appeared to discuss how his team is preparing for the new season. But the biggest news in the country is the Swift-Kelce relationship. So the topic had to arise at some point.

Host Molly Qerim, without bending the words, asked Cuban about his thoughts on the new star couple. The Shark Tank contributor spoke as if he were pitching for a new business idea.

“Taylor, sorry if you’re listening, Travis. Break up with him,” Mark Cuban said. “I got a bunch of good-looking single guys that play for the Dallas Mavericks. I got you. I got you.”

Clearly, the 65-year-old investor understands the value and economic boon that comes with Taylor Swift’s association with any organization, or in this case, an individual. But Travis Kelce is no pushover. As Bill Belichick mentioned, the 33-year-old has caught a few, but Swift is the biggest catch of his life. So he is not letting go that easily. Rather, Travis made a saucy reply to Cuban’s proposal.

“Just sign me to a ten day!” Travis Kelce wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). For the uninitiated, it means a tryout. Now, what kind of tryout he is implying is not exactly clear. It could be a chance to play for the Mavericks. Then again, why would he give up football so late in his career? Maybe the Super Bowl winner is suggesting watching him become the ideal man for Taylor Swift.

Every single day, little details and gossip are leaking out from every corner of the media about Taylor Swift’s newly supposed romance with Travis Kelce. It began when Kelce revealed a failed meetup with the ‘Blank Space’ singer at an Eras Tour event. Then he seemingly invited Swift to watch him play against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead. Her presence beside Donna Kelce was enough proof to link the two as a couple.

Now there’s additional news that the ‘You Belong With Me’ composer was with the Kelce family even before the game. A video obtained by the Daily Mail provided more information. In the clip, a few people were seen leaving Travis’ $1 million mansion in the Briarcliff West area of Kansas City.

Later, a source filled in the gaps with new information.“Travis wasn’t at his house, but it was filled with his friends and family,” the source told the Daily Mail. “He has a personal chef and several friends from high school and college who use his place as a crash pad whenever they are in town.”

Two cop cars were waiting to escort the pop star to GEHA Field. Furthermore, Taylor will be present at MetLife Stadium, cheering for Travis when he goes up against the New York Jets.
