Watch: Former US Prez Donald Trump calling Joe Flacco ‘elite QB’ goes viral following Jets’ starting QB reveal

Joe Flacco is a veteran of the game, though it was confirmed that he would be on the sidelines as Zach Wilson was rumoured to be a starter for the Jets. After a 4 week of injury to Wilson, Flacco will take the shot-calling responsibility for the Jets.
In an old throwback video, Donald Trump the former president of the United States was asked about the Jets QB Joe Flacco and Trump replied by calling him an elite quarterback and also stating that he has a great arm. But is that the case now?
Joe Flacco is 37 years old and entering the twilight years of his career. Although he has tons of experience but can his witness keep up with the increasing speed of the game?
Zach Wilson has suffered a knee injury that will keep him out of the team for at least four weeks. Robert Saleh delivered this news in the press conference and also declared that Flacco will be the starter for the Jets against the Ravens in week 1 of NFL.
“He should be a starter, in my opinion,” Saleh said of Flacco this summer. “He could start in this league, I believe that. Sometimes this league has a tendency to pigeonhole people, or put labels on people, and then their opportunities kind of get limited. But Joe Flacco is a starting quarterback in this league. He’s really, really talented.”
“We’re going to make sure mind and body are 110 per cent”: Robert Saleh on Joe Flacco replacing Zach Wilson ahead of week 1 clash against the Ravens

Robert Saleh was saddened by Wilson’s injury but also wants to do the right by him and doesn’t want him to play until he’s fully fit. “We’re going to make sure mind and body are 110 per cent and make sure we do right by him,” Saleh said of Wilson. “We feel like, from talking to the doctors and everyone, it’s going to be that Pittsburgh week.”
Zach Wilson will probably be available when the Jets will face off against the Steelers in week 4 of the NFL. Therefore Joe Flacco will have to start against his former team the Baltimore Ravens.
“Heck, yeah, man. Cool Joe,” Saleh said. “He’s been preparing. He’s freaking awesome. I’m excited for him and his opportunity. Even at 37, I know it’s in the back of his head that he’s getting a chance to play Baltimore.”
