The wedding bells are ringing loud and clear for Simone Biles! Over the weekend, the legendary Olympic gymnast and gold medalist from the United States shared several moments and snaps on her social media with her fiancé Jonathan Owens. In one of the videos, they practiced an important event for their wedding, i.e., cutting the wedding cake together.
In the caption, Biles writes, “Our wedding is around the corner so we’re just practicing for the big cake-cutting moment.” In the background of the video, one can also hear a mellow romantic song, Natalie Cole’s ‘This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)’ playing.
Although the couple has not announced their wedding date yet, Jonathan and Simone share many snaps and their blissful moments on their social media accounts. Just last week, Simone Biles celebrated her birthday, and her fiancé wished her heartfeltly. In the caption, Owens writes, “Happy birthday to my beautiful fiancée. I can’t wait to experience the world [with] you SB. I’ve grown so much as a person since we’ve been together, shown me a different side of my self.”

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens seem like a couple who are meant to be for each other. The amount of love and PDA that they often do for each other on social media can warm any person’s heart and make literally anyone melt.
Biles and Owens met each other back in 2019 and started dating in March 2020. She met her current love of her life during the COVID-19 pandemic despite her busy schedule as an Olympic athlete.
Speaking of their relationship and Simone Biles, Owens says, “It was one of the few times in [Simone’s] life where everything was just shut off and she couldn’t do anything.” He further adds, So we used it to get to know each other — really get to know each other. It created our bond and made it stronger. Now I’m so thankful.”
The couple made their relationship official on Instagram on August 2020, sharing a picture of Owens kissing Biles on her cheek. In the caption, Simone Biles writes, “It’s just us.” The couple seemed to be cozied up next to each other and seemed very much in love with each other.
The fans are quite excited about Simone Biles getting married and living a happy life with the love of her life. Simone Biles is one of the most celebrated gymnasts in the United States and an inspiration for many of her fans to keep striving hard to achieve their dreams.
