Paul Heyman solidified his greatness when he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame before WrestleMania XL. He revealed Roman Reigns had a big hand in his success and labeled him the greatest of all time. Therefore, The Wiseman was ecstatic when Roman’s old rival, John Cena, also called him the greatest of all time, even above The Rock. He sent a message to The Leader of the Cenation on social media.
The Hall of Famer took to Instagram and shared a clip in which John Cena was having a conversation on Club Shay Shay‘s podcast. The 16-time world champion had absolutely no doubt in his mind, saying that Roman Reigns was the greatest of all time. Cena simply pointed out the increase in WWE’s stock: how it was only $11 in 2012, compared to the value of $117 today, mainly because of Reigns.
Although Cena also mentioned The Rock‘s role in helping the company reach new heights of success in the 1990s, The Doctor of Thuganomics placed his great rival in the second position because his cousin’s numbers had been better. Heyman took to Instagram and gave props to Cena for finally acknowledging The Tribal Chief. Of course, both stars shared golden moments of their rivalry in 2017, where the veteran destroyed Reigns on the mic.

Speaking of Heyman, his last appearance was on the June 28 episode of SmackDown. After he refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his new Tribal Chief, the latter, along with Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu, destroyed him by putting him through a table. Since then, he has been absent from WWE TV, only appearing backstage.
Paul Heyman heaped praise on Triple H and appreciated his way of doing business
Since Vince McMahon departed from WWE, Triple H has taken his place in the creative department. Many superstars have noticed a significant change in the business and how the backstage environment is healthier than ever. Paul Heyman has always regarded himself as a “Paul Levesque guy.” He heaped praise on him in an interview.
While speaking with Sam Roberts at the Fanatics Fest event, the 58-year-old legend said he had the utmost respect for Hunter. He shared a story about when they met back in 1997: The Wiseman understood his worth even then and said that the 14-time world champion had a great vision for the future.
I’ve always had a lot of respect for Paul Levesque. Even back then, in ’97, I was like, wow, this guy has his finger on the pulse of the future. Working with Paul Levesque today is an absolute honor because he’s a collaborator.Paul Heyman on Triple H at the Fanatics Fest
He further added that it was an honor to work with Triple H and that he wished to continue as long as he could. Since Vince left the Stamford-based company, the two have struck up a strong partnership and worked together to create some amazing storylines. Most notably, The Bloodline saga has been one of them.
