Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Fred Johnson finds himself in a precarious position after his former girlfriend, who is eight months pregnant, accused him of throwing her out of the home while he fools around with other women. Johnson is a seven-year veteran of the NFL.
The woman, identified as Alyssa “Lyss” Okada, posted a TikTok video on Friday, framing her account as hypothetical while making the personal connection unmistakable with Johnson. She described the situation as a man kicking out her eight-month pregnant girlfriend and then logging into a dating app to seek a new companion.
Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his eight-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter to then be on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, you know, hypothetically, you would not think that that type of man is a good man or a good father. You would probably not think that that type of man has integrity or morals or any form of decency, right?
Okada said in the video, which she shot while sitting inside a car

Packed suitcases were visible in the backseat of the car, indicating that she had moved out. Her video went viral almost immediately.
Who is Fred Johnson’s former girlfriend, Alyssa Okada?
Johnson returned to the Eagles for a second stint ahead of the 2025 NFL season. He made 17 appearances for the Eagles, mostly filling in for Lane Johnson and Mekhi Becton after both tackles picked up injuries. Pro Football Focus graded Johnson a 64.2 pass blocking grade and 55.5 run blocking grade.

It’s unclear when Okada and Johnson started dating, but a quick browse through her Instagram account hints that she might have met Johnson shortly after he moved to Philly. The fitness influencer visited several Eagles games at Lincoln Financial Field to cheer for her boyfriend.
Around the eve of the New Year, Okada announced that she’s pregnant by uploading a video with Johnson, captioned, “Guess who’s starting the New Year with a new bundle of joy.”
A few days later, the estranged couple revealed the gender of their baby, a girl.
That is the last time Johnson appears in any of Okada’s posts. From then on, she has continued to post photos of herself, championing her baby bump. On Mother’s Day, Okada uploaded a carousel of photos wearing a pink dress, as a celebration of motherhood.
Fred Johnson signed a new contract with the Eagles
Johnson, a University of Florida alum, went undrafted in 2019 and subsequently signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was waived without even making a single appearance for the Steel City franchise.
The Steelers’ divisional rival, the Cincinnati Bengals, claimed him off waivers. He spent the next three years in Cincinnati before being released. He returned close to home and signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but was waived once more.
The Eagles picked Johnson up from free agency. He spent the 2023 season in the NFC East. In 2025, he signed a one-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars, but was traded back to the Eagles for a seventh-round pick, where he’s been ever since.
Johnson was part of the Eagles’ 2024-25 roster that defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. In March 2026, Johnson signed a one-year extension.
