He has done it for almost the entirety of his time coaching the Baltimore Ravens, and the hope is that he can bring the same mentality to a team that has been nothing but mediocre.

The talent is there, and the franchise is continuing to build on its good balance of veteran presence and young stars. Being in New York, they are under pressure from the media to perform.

Being in the Big Apple should generally equate to a lot of public interest. At least former New York Jets QB Aaron Rodgers felt the flip side of it.

What may surprise fans is that Ilona Maher was at Cam Skattebo‘s New York Giants Super Bowl party. The Olympian is vastly more popular than any of the football stars playing in the city.

But when her friend humbled quarterback Jameis Winston, it proved how NFL stars may not have the popularity they think they enjoy.

Casey did it as well. She had a football in hand. This guy, one of the football players, goes like, (gesturing how QB’s receive a snap) take it from her… She goes, ‘You know ball?’ She said this to Jameis Winston. He looked at her (with a baffled expression) and walked away.

Maher revealed

Some might believe that not recognizing Jaxson Dart, even though he is dating a social media influencer, is possible. But for them to miss Jameis Winston, even Maher found it hilarious. At least she knew who he was.

Her friend might not have known about the veteran’s exploits in the media. Nowadays, he is making a proper push to elevate his new career as a media personality.

If Ilona Maher’s friend could not recognize him despite being at a Giants’ party, then the 32-year-old signal caller probably has to do a lot more to become popular amongst the masses.
