Sheamus shuts down his trolls after undergoing incredible body transformation in merely 4 months
The relentless body shaming by the trolls didn't perturb Sheamus. In fact, he now has a perfect response to shut them up.

Back in April, when Sheamus returned to WWE after almost half a year, he wasn’t in the best physical shape of his life. The internet didn’t waste a second to call him fat. However, in just a touch over four months, The Celtic Warrior has cut down on the pudge. Reacting to his incredible body transformation in a post made by Wrestlelamia on X, the former World Champion had a hilarious response.
Sheamus wrote, “burger after burger.” And that’s one way to silence the trolls who went hard at the Irishman when he was actually a bit pudgy. The three-word response that the Raw star had was coined by his arch-nemesis Drew McIntyre. They came face-to-face on an episode of Raw. Basking in his era of dissing his counterparts on the microphone, McIntyre jumped on the bandwagon and fat-shamed the 46-year-old in a way only he could.
Drew told Sheamus that prior to his injury he was dishing out bangers in the ring. However, since his return, it seems like all he’s done while being out was eat burgers on loop, taking a shot at The Great White’s plump physique at that juncture. Nonetheless, the former League of Nations member is once again sporting a chiseled look like he’s done his entire career.

The negative feedback from fans and critics alike affected Sheamus in a positive manner. And despite being in his late 40s, the 4-time World Champion has one of the most ripped builds in the entire industry. At one point, he was contemplating his retirement while he was undergoing a medical procedure for his neck. Some of the graphic images of his treatment he posted on social media are gut-wrenching. But he made it through, thanks to an incredible team of doctors.
Sheamus sends an intimidating message to Pete Dunne after cheap attack on Raw
This week on Raw, Sheamus had an opportunity to advance into the ongoing tournament to determine the No. 1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship. The Cabra-born wrestler took on Ludwig Kaiser and Braun Strowman.
Just when it appeared like The Celtic Warrior would sail into the next round, he was stopped dead in his tracks by Pete Dunne. The Bruiserweight attacked Sheamus with a shillelagh, and the latter eventually lost the match.
The former Brawling Brutes leader didn’t take kindly of what happened and has issued a stern warning to his former stablemate. The Irish grappler posted on X that there’s going to be murders. And without digging too much into it, one could deduce that he’s done playing cat-and-mouse games with Dunne. Or, in his words, Pete is done.
