Moreover, he hasn’t lost a single set so far in the tournament which pays testimony to the fact that he is indeed one of the best on the clay court.
On Monday, Nadal is set to face Jannik Sinner. The Italian young gun has been in fiery form and his counter-attacking approach has bamboozled some great players already. However, the 19-year-old has a monumental challenge in front of him now.

Rafael Nadal vs Jannik Sinner: Live Stream details
Rafael Nadal is undoubtedly a champion, especially on the clay court, he has been a force to reckon with. However, despite winning all the matches so far in the French Open 2021 with relative ease, Nadal will have to bring his A-Game out to get past Sinner. The Spaniard looks likely to win his 14th title in Paris, but his journey would surely be a tough one from now on.
35-year-old Nadal strolled past Cameron Norrie in the third-round clash and won the contest by 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 with almost no trouble at all. Whereas Sinner was taken to the fifth set by Pierre-Hugues Herbert but after that close shave, Sinner has improved his game a great deal.
In his latest clash, Sinner defeated Mikael Ymer in straight sets by 6-1, 7-5, 6-3. Sinner is looking in good touch but the challenge he has in front of him might stop the young sensation from going any further in the French Open 2021.
