In a compelling revelation following Jannik Sinner‘s remarkable victory at the Australian Open, his coach, Darren Cahill attributed the Italian’s motivation to emanate from Carlos Alcaraz‘s victories. He revealed how the young Spaniard’s feat pushed Sinner towards his glory.
When asked if Alcaraz’s had an impact as he has won two Grand Slams, on Sinner’s journey, Cahill responded:

Just a day before the Australian Open men’s singles final, Jannik Sinner and Darren Cahill added a sense of joviality to the pre-match press conference. Cahill was attending the conference with a bunch of other tennis coaches when Sinner sneaked into the conference hall.
The atmosphere took a light-hearted turn when Sinner all of a sudden jolted up and asked Cahill about his views on coaching him. Cahill quipped, eliciting laughter from those in attendance:
