Mason Greenwood has been under tremendous public scrutiny ever since allegations of attempted rape and assault were made against the footballer. However, the Crown Prosecution Service of the United Kingdom has concluded its investigations in the case and given a clean chit to the Manchester United footballer. The witnesses in this case have withdrawn.

The English footballer was arrested after videos and images of him surfaced on the internet in January 2022. He is also part of the English national football team since 2021. However, he missed the opportunity to play at the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar because of the ongoing investigations. Hence, this news must give him much-needed relief and help him focus his energies on his career.

Although the Crown Prosecution Service may have dropped charges against Mason Greenwood, the public is still outraged and not satisfied with the investigations.
