WATCH: “Two GOATs” Serena Williams spotted embracing Lewis Hamilton at COTA during the US Grand Prix

23-time grand slam champion Serena Williams retired from professional tennis at the US Open couple of months ago where she bowed out of the third round. Since then, Serena has been enjoying time with her family and is on course to expand her business. Recently, she went to the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) to enjoy the US Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon.

Serena is a huge F1 fan and normally takes time once a year to see at least a race per season. She is a big-time Lewis Hamilton fan and has been spotted in his garage multiple times. Last year, she witness the US Grand Prix and also waved the flag at the Monaco Grand Prix. To her delight, Hamilton was contesting for a win and eventually finished P2.

Probably for the first time this season, Hamilton was in contention for the win this season. He even led some laps but Red Bull’s speed was just too much for the W13. He eventually finished P2 behind World Champion Max Verstappen and ahead of Charles Leclerc. He is currently 6th in the Driver’s standings, just 4 points behind Carlos Sainz and 20 points behind his teammate George Russell.

His target would be to finish P4 in the standings and with an upgraded Mercedes, it looks likely that he could do that towards the end of the season. The next race would be the Mexican Grand Prix which will be held this weekend in New Mexico.
