Novak Djokovic vs Alexander Zverev
In a match between two former champions and a repeat of the 2018 ATP Finals, World No. 1 and the top-seeded Novak Djokovic will take on World No. 3 and the 3rd seeded Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals of the ATP Finals 2021. This will be the 5th meeting between the two this year with Zverev winning just 1 while Novak got the wins in the other 3.
Djokovic reaches the semi-finals unbeaten and is yet to drop a set this week in Italy. After a first-set tiebreaker in his opening round match against Casper Ruud, the Serbian has not even played in another tie-breaker and wrapped up his 2nd and 3rd round-robin matches in less than 70 minutes both times.
Zverev has had a contrasting journey to what Novak had on his way to the semis. After Matteo Berrettini retired in the 2nd set of the 1st round-robin match after a long 1st set that went over the 1-hour mark, Zverev then suffered a defeat to Daniil Medvedev, his 5th consecutive defeat to the Russian after having won 5 of their first 6 matches.

- Delhi – 1:30 AM
- Italy – 9 PM
