Ninth-seeded Diego Schwartzman has been incredible in Wimbledon 2021 till now. He thrashed Benoît Paire in his first-round encounter in straight sets. Such was Schwartzman’s domination that he even bageled Paire in the second set and finished the match in super quick time.
He continued his form against Liam Broady in the second set. Although Broady won the first set, Schwartzman made a terrific comeback and won the next three sets without much hassle. Before coming into Wimbledon, the Argentinian wasn’t going through the best of times on the court.
He was knocked out in the first rounds of the Italian and Lyon Open.
