The Terrorbyte is an utility RV that is quite popular among the GTA 5 online community. It requires a nightclub to purchase at it can be stored and customized inside it. The Terrorbyte is a very resistant vehicle and can take up to 34 RPGs or 70 Homing missiles. It features a nerve centre which is the only place in the whole game where the Oppressor MK II can be customized.

The greatest feature of the nerve centre however is its mobile abilities. Special Cargo or vehicle cargo can be easily sourced from anywhere by requesting the Terrorbyte at a location, eliminating the need to visit the office and logging on to the CEO computer every time cargo needs to be sourced. Steal supplies missions for MC businesses/bunker can also be started from the Terrorbyte. The client job feature in the Terrorbyte is an added bonus to earn some quick money while waiting for business cooldowns. The weaponry the Terrorbyte comes fitted with is a powerful multi-lock missile that can hit up to 5 targets at once.

The Mobile Operations Center or MOC for short is a utility vehicle added as a part of the Gunrunning update in 2017. It is stored and customized in the Bunker. The MOC features similar armor stats to the Terrorbyte, taking up to 34 RPGs or 70 Homing missiles. It features 3 different bays. The control bay is used to launch missions to unlock trade prices for weaponized vehicles. The weapon workshop bay can be used to modify and upgrade weapons.

The best feature however of the MOC is the specialized vehicle workshop. It can be used to convert weaponized vehicles to their custom or MK II variants. Vehicles can also be stored inside the MOC and transported elsewhere. The handling of the MOC is poor due to its large size.

Conclusion:

Though the MOC is very useful, the Terrorbyte easily comes out as the better vehicle between the two. Starting off, a features a better handling. It can also be used to customize the Oppressor MK II which is arguably the best vehicle to help in grinding money. The Nerve Centre terminal features are however the most useful. They can save a lot of time by eliminating useless driving back and forth the CEO Office and the warehouse and also help save cash as in GTA, time is money.
