The all-new Elite Moco was introduced to characters recently under the name Moco “Enigma“. Elite Moco comes with a special ability called ‘Engima’s Eye.’ The ability give a tagging ability to tag enemies shot for 2 seconds at its base ability (Level 1).
It is a passive skill that increases the marking time on his enemies. At its base level marking on hit enemies last longer when enemies move, up to 2s.

4. Dasha (Partying On)
Dasha’s ability “Partying On“, has several effects including a decrease in the damage taken from falls by 30 per cent and recovery time by 60%. Passive ability is a great skill for the clash squad mode as it also reduces the rate of recoil build-up and maximum recoil by six per cent.
3. Thiva (Vital Vibes)
Thiva’s in-game description states that he is a singer and musician who loves Sky-diving. He has a passive skill by the name “Vital Vibes“. His in-game skill at its base level (level 1) increases the rescue speed by 5% and upon a successful rescue, the user recovers 15 HP in 5 seconds.
At max level (level 6) the attributes increase drastically and the rescue speed increases by 20% and upon successful rescue, the user recovers 40 HP in 5 seconds.
2. Jota (Suatained Raids)
Jota’s new skill after the OB29 update is hitting other players with any gun restores some HP to you. When you kill a player it restores 20% of your Max HP.
The skill is reworked in the OB29 update where now the skill works with all guns as before it was only for SMG and SG’s. Also, the countdown of 5 seconds is also removed as well.
1. Shirou (Damage Delivered)
According to Shirou’s in-game description, he is the fastest delivery guy around. Likewise, his ability is named “Damage Delivered“. Shirou’s ability marks the first enemy that his the player for 8 seconds.
