Conor McGregor has been one of the most entertaining fighters of the last decade. The Notorious One has never shied away from expressing himself in public and has been one of the best trash talkers on the planet. Recently, the Irishman has compared himself with the top athletes from other sports.

McGregor has been one of the biggest UFC stars of the last decade who pushed the promotion into the Mainstream. The Irishman is responsible for creating one of the selling pay-per-views in UFC history. Everyone wants to fight McGregor to make some thick load of cash. This has made Conor McGregor the highest-paid fighter in UFC history.

The Mystic Mac shared a post on Instagram that compared his salary per minute with that of Professional boxer Canelo Alvarez and Soccer Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. According to the post, the UFC fighter was making a staggering $8.6 million per minute which was a monstrous number compared to the others in the post. However, the numbers in the post don’t seem reliable.

Conor McGregor has also found his success beyond the Octagon and made many other successful business ventures. Moreover, he has also taken his first step into the land of Hollywood with his upcoming Film “Road House”. Conor has been sidelined from action since losing to Dustin Poirier last year and suffering an injury. Since then, however, Conor McGregor has completely transformed his body and managed to put on some serious muscle mass.

Conor McGregor gets called out at UFC Orlando by Rafael dos Anjos

Conor McGregor is on the verge of making his comeback to UFC and there has been no shortage of challengers eagerly waiting to face him. Recently former UFC Lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos challenged Conor McGregor to a fight.

After defeating Bryan Barberena at UFC Orlando, Rafael dos Anjos made a justification for why he should face Conor McGregor in the future. Speaking in the post-match interview he said, “I think I have the right to call somebody… and I want to call out Conor McGregor. Seven years ago… we were supposed to fight, I broke my foot, but now here I am! He has a couple months to clear his body for all the s**t that he’s taking and I will see you in July.”

The Brazilian and McGregor are known to have some unresolved business. Rafael was slated to defend his lightweight title against Conor McGregor at UFC 196 in 2016. Due to a fractured foot, Dos Anjos had to withdraw from the bout, and Nate Diaz came in as a last-minute replacement. Rafael Dos Anjos is a veteran of the sport who has competed against the greatest fighters in the lightweight and welterweight divisions in the UFC. Conor McGregor could be the last big star he could face before calling it quits on his stellar career.
