Daniel Cormier was a recent guest on the Joe Rogan Experience. During the podcast, Cormier talked about his love for watching television, which Joe Rogan rarely does. Recently, Cormier saw the television movie ‘Dating Game Killer.’

The film is about the infamous serial killer Rodney Alcala, who appeared on the famous reality show, ‘The Dating Game.’ After watching the film, Cormier knew why there were many female victims of serial killers in the 60s and 70s. He explained it to Rogan. This is what he said:

Being an adult in the 60s and 70s was nuts. There was no internet, no cell phones. Women who were out there in the world were at risk from serial killers because you couldn't track them.

Alcala was guilty of 8 different murders. However, the authorities speculate an unofficial count of around 100 bodies involving Alcala. The movie upset Cormier. Nevertheless, Cormier watched the movie to the full. Guillermo Diaz portrays Alcala in the 2017 feature film.

In the episode, Cormier describes a story about one of the victims of Alcala. This is what he said:

This woman and her husband, or boyfriend, had gone up to Montana. The boyfriend got mad at her and just left her. This guy picks her up, kills her. They don't find her until like 2000, and when they found her, they discovered that she was pregnant at the time.

Alcala committed his crimes in the 60s and the 70s. However, one of the victim’s body was only found in 2000. Moreover, it was found that the woman was pregnant when Alcala murdered her. Joe Rogan believed that women were attracted to serial killers. This opinion shocked Cormier.
