Conor McGregor returned for the latest season of ESPN’s The Ultimate Fighter. The Irish superstar is one of the roster’s most exciting and entertaining characters. McGregor always exhumes high energy and knows how to connect the room. He fits perfectly as a coach in the new season of TUF. Here is what a TUF contender said about the Irish superstar.

This is not the first stint as a coach in the Irish fighter’s career. He coached in 2015 before winning the featherweight title against Jose Aldo at UFC 194. This season, Conor coached against Michael Chandler in the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter. His team members and Chandler’s team revealed McGregor’s attitude and energy as a coach.

” Everyone hung out downstairs, he’s an entertainer for sure,” one said. ” He’s as advertised I should say”. “Fantastic energy and he’s really motivating both teams just to be better men and be good fighters,” another contender said. Conor leads a team of 135-pound and 155-pound young contenders while Michael Chandler coaches the veterans from both weight classes. Conor and Chandler will likely fight later this year. McGregor has been away from the fight scene for nearly two years now.

Ever since his devastating leg break at UFC 264 against Dustin Poirier, Conor McGregor has recovered. He has replaced the broken tibia with titanium. The new foot is healed and ready to shoot.
