UFC 287 turned out to be an amazing event that featured some next-level MMA action for the fans. The Miami crowd went wild as they shouted for everybody in the fight card. Jorge Masvidal, Israel Adesanya, and Alex Pereira took home huge amounts from their UFC 287 salaries.

All the fighter took home their fight purses, with the main fighters earning a hefty amount of money from their respective fights. Here’s the list of fighters and how much money they made at UFC 287.

UFC 287 salaries: Israel Adesanya bags the highest purse

Israel Adesanya was the biggest superstar on the card and was featured in the main event opposite Alex Pereira. Izzy managed to take his revenge against Pereira and got back his UFC middleweight championship belt.

Adesanya landed a brutal KO combination on the Brazilian. It might be among the best knockouts of 2023. According to reports, Adesanya took home a whopping $3.18m.

Alex Pereira came into the fight with hopes of successfully defending his title, but Izzy shattered his dreams. The result made Pereira consider a move to the light heavyweight division.

However, ‘Poatan‘ was a big reason for the overall hype of the card. The scary Brazilian fighter has a different aura. Despite losing, he took home $1.24m. 

UFC 287 salaries: How much did Jorge Masvidal and other fighters make?

Gilbert Burns put on a show in Miami as he beat Jorge Masvidal in a decisive victory after three rounds. The Brazilian was clinical and didn’t give Masvidal any chance to bounce back. It was Durinho’s biggest fight purse, which was around $600,000.

The homegrown hero failed to deliver but still received an amazing response from the crowd. After losing to Burns, it was Masvidal’s fourth loss in a row. Masvidal took home $1.02m, and the fighter confirmed that he no longer wanted to fight. 

Some of the other highest earners at UFC 287 were Kevin Gastelum, Kevin Holland, Rob Font, and Santiago Ponzinibbio, whose salaries were $465k, $315k, $375k, and $220k.
