The parent company of the UFC, Endeavor, has acquired WWE to create a new brand worth $21 billion. It’s unclear how this will impact the UFC and WWE, but fighters Alexander Volkanovski and Robert Whittaker had their own unique reactions.
Whittaker dressed up as Hulk Hogan during a conversation with Niko Pajarillo, who had mentioned that they were supposed to do a WWE segment but co-hosts were missing. Alexander Volkanovski was unable to find a costume but surprised everyone by appearing dressed as “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. The segment was a lighthearted moment during the landmark moment for combat sports.
Niko asked both Alexander Volkanovski and Robert Whittaker, “Of all fighters, UFC uh past and present who do you think would besides the ones that already have made the crossover do well in World Wrestling Entertainment?“ via Fox Sports Australia.
To which Alexander replied, “We’re standing right here in your presence outfits and all, and you’re gonna ask me who’s gonna be the best WWE, I’ma tell you we gonna be the best, and that’s the bottom lies cause Stone Cold said so.”

Dana White, the president of the UFC, has shared his thoughts on the merger of WWE and Endeavor.
“This company has been on fire for the last seven years and now that we will be adding WWE to the portfolio, I am excited to take this to another level. Vince is a savage in the wrestling space, Ari is a beast at what he does, and then we add what we at UFC bring to the table and there is no limit to what this company can accomplish in the next few years.” Via Twitter.
Dana is appointed to the control board of 11 members in the new organization. Ari Emanuel will be the chief executive of both Endeavor and the new company. But Vince McMahon will remain the executive chairman of WWE.
Mark Shapiro and Nick Khan will also be on the board with White. Also, there will be six more members will be appointed in the near future. This indicates that White will have a significant role in the new organization. It will be working closely with the other board members to ensure its success.
