Hailing from England, Thomas Paul Aspinall has made a name for himself as a professional mixed martial artist. Tom Aspinall has had only three losses in his entire career. Aspinall’s foray into the world of combat sports began at the tender age of seven when he stepped into the Leigh Self-Defence Studio in Greater Manchester. After a hiatus of 2.5 years from professional mixed martial arts, Aspinall signed a five-fight contract with Cage Warriors. Notably, he had previously been offered a contract by the UFC. However, at that point, he felt unprepared for the elite organization and initially declined the offer. His decision, though, did not hinder his progress.

Tom Aspinall’s remarkable performances in Cage Warriors eventually captured the attention of the UFC, and he finally made his promotional debut on July 25, 2020, at UFC on ESPN 14. Initially scheduled to fight Raphael Pessoa, his opponent switched to Jake Collier due to an injury.
