“Is that real?” When Joe Rogan was shocked after seeing Hollywood actor Jonah Hill’s insane weight loss

Joe Rogan is well known for talking about fitness and promoting exercise to get into shape. Rogan himself has been training in mixed martial arts for 30 years now and is in pretty good shape considering he is in his 50s.
Rogan often talks about other celebrities and likes people who get into the fitness journey and achieve what they want. In one such episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, Rogan and the guests talked about Hollywood actor Jonah Hill who used to be fat and then lost weight. Rogan mentioned that Hill initially lost weight but his head looked big for his body so he regained muscles.
Rogan said: “He got skinny and then he felt like his head was too big. He started gaining weight back. when you get like 400 lbs your f**** head gets big. He does look good. He’s a really nice guy.” Rogan and the group also talked about how Hill got into Brazil Jiu Jitsu in order to train which ultimately helped him to lose all that weight and get fit.

Joe Rogan talks about TRT and staying fit in his 50s
Joe Rogan is pretty big and maintains a good muscle mass given that he’s 55 years old. Other than years of continuous MMA training and good habits, Rogan isn’t all that natural.
However, unlike many, the UFC color commentator has always been open about him taking enhancement drugs. During a conversation with comedian Andrew Shultz on his Podcast, Rogan mentioned taking Testosterone replacement therapy and other peptides to maintain his physique.
He said: “The big results come from testosterone replacement, so there’s that, and then there are peptides that increase your body’s ability to grow hormones like growth hormones and IGF-1 and all. What these things do is they help your body produce the hormones that it should have when you’re younger and your body works better.”
However, Rogan also mentioned that only taking drugs isn’t enough as one of the bare minimum and important things is to continue to train frequently.
