The Bloodline welcomed its newest member on the SmackDown after WrestleMania. Following a horrendous weekend for the faction, things had to change. As such, Solo Sikoa took charge amid the absence of Roman Reigns. The Enforcer hugged Jimmy Uso before a mystery man blindsided the latter. The hooded figure was revealed to be none other than Tama Tonga.
The son of Haku, Tonga is considered as a real-life member of The Bloodline. Unlike the majority of his family, he kicked off his wrestling career in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Further, he would go on to establish himself as one of the key members of The Bullet Club. As a matter of fact, Tonga ended up becoming a seven-time IWGP Tag Team Champion alongside Tanga Loa. After spending more than a decade in Japan, rumors started to swirl that he was headed to WWE.
Moreover, fans believed that he would straightaway be involved in The Bloodline saga. And, they were right as Tama Tonga‘s addition has added a new flavor to the storyline. The Enforcer seemingly recruited his cousin without conferring with his Tribal Chief. Throughout the segment, Paul Heyman looked on with shock and confusion as Solo Sikoa kicked out Jimmy.
When The Wiseman proceeded to call Reigns, Sikoa grabbed the phone out of his hands and smashed it on the canvas. Later on the show, Tonga claimed that the attack was “by the orders of The Tribal Chief.” Needless to say, the entire segment has fans excited for what may lie ahead in The Bloodline storyline.
Has Tama Tonga’s addition to The Bloodline created a civil war in the faction?
Just when fans thought The Bloodline story would cool down after WrestleMania, WWE added a new twist on SmackDown. Obviously, this brought out a wide variety of speculations online. However, the most common direction fantasized by the WWE Universe is that of a faction civil war.
Solo Sikoa decided that there needed to be consequences. Hence, he might take charge for a while until Roman Reigns returns. Of course, The Tribal Chief himself will question why his ‘tribal heir’ took matters into his own hands without consulting him. Further, Jey Uso may feel the need to help his twin brother and return to take care of business.
Another real-life member, Jacob Fatu, is also rumored to join the mix. Most important of all, The Rock is still apart of the faction, playing a huge factor in where everything involving the saga might lead to. Having said that, next week’s episode of SmackDown will be pivotal for the seemingly never-ending story.
