“He better not be bald”- Wrestling fans in shock as Seth Rollins looks completely unrecognizable in new look amidst WWE hiatus 

After he lost his World Heavyweight Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania XL, Seth Rollins went on a well-deserved break. However, he was spotted with his wife and the current Women’s World Champion, Becky Lynch, on the Kentucky Derby red carpet. Unsurprisingly, wrestling fans worldwide were unable to recognize him in his new look. 

The Visionary appeared on the Kentucky Derby red carpet, sporting an old-school suit with a hat. Although he looked dashing as usual, his appearance differed from what the WWE Universe was accustomed to seeing. Seth Rollins sported a very different haircut and also trimmed his beard down. After being absent for almost a month after WrestleMania XL, it was nice for fans to see the couple enjoying their time together.

There is no denying that Rollins was the MVP of WrestleMania XL, playing an important role in all three of the biggest matches. Although he would’ve wanted the result to be different, he lost both the matches he participated in. However, he stayed true to his words and became the shield for his friend Cody Rhodes, which allowed him to end Roman Reigns‘ historic title reign.

He took a break because he underwent knee surgery for his torn meniscus after his title match against Drew McIntyre. Rollins recently extended his contract with the Stamford-based company and was eager to get back in the ring as soon as possible. It’s safe to say that the 37-year-old star might return sooner rather than later, as he was seen without knee braces.

Seth Rollins’ new look at the 150th annual Kentucky Derby certainly caught fans’ attention. They didn’t waste any time and immediately hopped on social media to express their opinions about his new look. 

One fan hilariously displayed his concern by hoping that Rollins hadn’t shaved his head. Another fan couldn’t shift his attention from Becky Lynch, as she wore a unique hat that suited her personality. Here are some of the top reactions from fans:

While some fans loved his new look, others just wanted him to grow his beard back. One user said that The Visionary was channeling his inner ‘The Rock‘ by going bald. Many fans compared his look to that of Dean Ambrose, also known as Jon Moxley, who went bald during his tenure at WWE. Overall, the majority of fans were shocked to see Rollins without a beard and long hair.
