Just like he dominated the professional wrestling industry, The Rock is dominating Hollywood too. Dwayne Johnson is one of the world’s highest-grossing and highest -paid actors! Before he moved on with his acting career, The Rock used to perform on WWE. He gained immense popularity during the Attitude Era. The charismatic trash-talker went on to become one of the biggest Superstars of the company.

But mind you, The Rock’s prominence was not limited to his on-screen character, he was an equally accomplished performer inside the ring too. A 10-time World Champion, Rock has held the Intercontinental Championship twice and the Tag-Team Championship five times. In addition to this he also won the Royal Rumble match in 2003.

Considering the illustrious career of DJ clocks in 25 years, several WWE Superstars decided to pay a tribute to the People’s Champion. Rhea Ripley, Riddle, Damian Priest, Zelina Vega and the New Day participated in a photoshoot – rocking the several iconic looks of The Rock.

The Rock appreciated their tribute and even thanked them for taking out time from their busy schedules to do this. “This was so f***ing cool to watch!! Trust me, I KNOW % how batshit crazy busy your work days are at the venues so I appreciate this effort!! Love U guys, keep your heads on a swivel & keep movin’ the crowd!” – tweeted The Rock.

Rumors have been going around for quite some time now that Dwayne Johnson will be making his much-awaited return to WWE to face his cousin Universal Champion Roman Reigns. WWE had been planning on this big match to take place at Wrestlemania 39 in 2023. The Rock recently appeared for an interview with Andrew Freund, where he dismissed the rumors.

“”There is no truth to that right now, possibly down the road we will see. We stay very close, myself and Roman Reigns, and I’m very happy and very proud of the work that he’s doing,” mentioned The Rock. While we are still over a year from the event, we could see The Rock change his mind and return to WWE.
